1. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM (EST) July 10, 2004 and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) August 1, 2004. To enter the Sweepstakes, access the contest page at [http://feature.atlrec.com/twista/ultimate/] and follow the instructions for submitting the on-line entry form. All entries become the property of Atlantic Recording Company (the Sponsor) and will not be returned. One (1) entry per person per day. In the event of a dispute over the identity of entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico), 13 years of age or older as of July 10, 2003. Employees, persons living with them, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) of the Sponsor, and its respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other persons involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
3. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, employees, officers, directors, representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all injury, loss, death, damage, action, claim, demand or other liability that may occur from entrant’s acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Winners acknowledge that the Sponsor and all other companies concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty and/or representation, express or implied, relative to the quality, condition, fitness or merchantability of any prize. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use each winner's name, voice, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without compensation.
4. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: (1) Autographed Twista CD, (1) Autogrpahed Twista poster, (1) Tiwsta Headband, (5) CDs of various Atlantic/Elektra recording artists. Estimated retail value: $300. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizewinner may not substitute or transfer the Grand Prize. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prizewinner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. All prizes will be awarded.
5. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: Prizewinner will be determined by a random drawing from among all valid eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about August 5, 2004 by the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes. Odds of winning the sweepstakes depends on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizewinner will be notified by telephone or e-mail. If a prize or a prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from all non-winning eligible entries.
