It's day 9 of the calendar. We have been posting a lot of fascinating insights into life on the road, but

Today we are giving away a pair of tickets to our show at
Webster Hall in New York on December 18

Just complete the following task:

Doris gets on a train from New York to Chicago, travelling at 83.5 mph. Dr Jeremiah Spoon gets on a train in a small village in Portugal.

The train itself is stationery, but the village travels at an astonishing speed over land and sea. Doris's train doesn't have a restaurant car, so she won't be able to eat until she reaches Chicago.

Dr Spoon's train does, but he has a rare gum disease which forces him to eat extremely slowly. Who will get full first?

Take into account the meaninglessness of existence.
